If a job post is rejected, it could be due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Insufficient job details provided.
Job summary, required skills, education, and years of experience are missing or unclear.

  • Account is not verified.
The employer’s account has not completed the verification process.
(Note: Jobs from unverified accounts may be placed on hold for up to 3 days.)

  • Employer is posting under a different company name or logo.
Job must be posted under the real, legally registered company name.

  • No clear or correct application method provided.
Application link, email, or tracking system is missing, incorrect, or leads to an open-ended process.

  • Only a phone number is listed as the application method.
Posts must provide a valid email or link; a phone number can only be listed as a secondary option.

  • Use of confidential or hidden employer identity.
Job posts must include the actual company name — confidential listings are not allowed.

  • Suspicious or unverifiable employer identity.
If identity verification fails or official documentation is not submitted when requested, the post may be rejected.

  • Misleading, inappropriate, or offensive employer name or content.
Posts using inappropriate, obscene, or misleading names are subject to removal.

  • Employer failed to provide proof of legal presence or business legitimacy.
Required legal or business documentation not submitted upon request.

  • Application method does not lead to a "closed end."
For example, open Google Forms or broken links that don’t lead to a definite application process are not allowed.

  • Conflict in details.
If the job title is not matching the description, or the job has 2 conflicting locations, the job description shows a location, and the employer selected other location from the list.
